Test Requirements

        The test standard of motors and controllers for new energy vehicles follows the national standard GB-T18488 Motors and Controllers for Electric Vehicles.

Test items: general performance, environmental test, temperature rise test, motor torque characteristics and efficiency, regenerative energy feedback characteristics and other tests.

● Main test contents: no-load test, load efficiency test, maximum working speed, overspeed test, motor controller protection test, blocking test, motor temperature, motor temperature rise, overload capacity test, etc.

        At present, there are two common motor test systems:

1, dynamometer system; the system includes the front section of the power supply test DC power supply (battery simulator), dynamometer, frequency converter, test the required instrumentation and so on.
